About

Before becoming a therapist in private practice, Annie spent 14 years as a Social Worker in a hospital ICU. She sat with patients in their hardest moments, supported families through unimaginable grief, and watched her colleagues carry burdens they rarely talked about. She left that work because she wanted to help people heal from it — the burnout, the trauma, the weight of caring for others while quietly struggling yourself.

If you’re a healthcare worker, first responder, veteran, or anyone who has survived something that changed you — she understands your world in ways that go beyond training. You don’t have to explain yourself here.
